What this is
learn.msp.au takes engineers and helpdesk staff at Managed Service Providers along the critical training path required to do 90% of their job for typical clients — across the products you actually use every day.
Education is broken into three layered tiers per vendor:
- Beginner — fundamentals, daily UI, the most common workflows.
- Intermediate — design decisions, troubleshooting, edge cases. Builds on Beginner without repeating it.
- Advanced — architecture, integrations, escalations, performance tuning. Builds on Intermediate without repeating it.
What it's not
- It's not a vendor's official documentation. Always cross-check critical settings.
- It's not a certification. There are no badges to print.
- It's not exhaustive — it's the critical path, not the manual.
How to use it
- Pick a vendor, start at the level that matches you, work the lessons in order.
- Hover any underlined term for a definition; click for the full glossary entry.
- Inline checkpoints are short — answer them honestly; wrong answers explain themselves.
- End-of-course quizzes randomise questions from a larger pool; retake until they feel easy.
Privacy
No accounts. No cookies. Your lesson completion and quiz scores live in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device. You can export a JSON snapshot from Settings, take it to a new browser, and import it.
Site analytics use Cloudflare's cookieless web analytics — pageviews only, no fingerprinting, no third parties.
