Brand Kit

A Brand Kit in Exclaimer is the central bundle of brand assets a signature template inherits from: two brand fonts plus fallbacks, two brand colours, a logo, an icon, a banner, a meeting background image, and disclaimer text. When you change an asset in the Brand Kit, every signature that references it updates automatically, which is the whole point.

Plan tier sets the cap: Starter customers get one Brand Kit; Standard up to three; Pro unlimited. The Meeting Branding feature shares the Brand Kit’s Icon and Background assets, so signature governance and video-call branding ride the same asset library. Signatures use Brand Kit content via the Brand Image option on the Image/Logo element, plus Brand Font and Brand Color choices on the Text properties pane.
