Cyber Hero is the operational reason application allowlisting is workable for an MSP at scale. Without it, every blocked application is a ticket; every ticket is helpdesk time the MSP isn’t billing for. With Cyber Hero subscribed, the customer’s end-user requests funnel to ThreatLocker’s own engineers who handle routine approvals, leaving only the genuinely judgement-call ones for the MSP.

The MSP still owns policy design and the riskier decisions. Cyber Hero is the inbox-zeroing layer that keeps an allowlisting product from drowning the helpdesk during onboarding and after every quarterly software refresh.
