Yeastar's end-user client suite for P-Series. Desktop on Windows and macOS, Web in the browser via WebRTC, Mobile on iOS and Android. Registers to PSE and gives the user a softphone, chat, presence, voicemail, and conferencing.
Linkus is what the customer’s users actually open to make and take calls. The same product ships as three clients (Desktop, Web, Mobile) and one extension can log in to several at once with state synchronised between them.
What’s shared across the three: the navigation bar (Extensions, Contacts, Chat, Call Logs, Voicemails, Recordings, Preferences), presence (Available / Busy / DND / custom), audio and video calls, blind and attended transfer, in-call recording, voicemail playback, internal chat, and external chat for messaging-channel inbound. Each platform adds a few specifics — Desktop has CTI mode driving a deskphone, Web hosts video conferencing, Mobile handles push-notified calls and call-flip between devices.
