Meeting Branding

Meeting Branding extends Exclaimer’s signature governance into video calls. A Meeting Branding theme draws on the Icon and Background assets in a Brand Kit, plus its own Nametag content settings (display-name and job-title fonts, colours, transparency).

Each platform implements the theme slightly differently. Microsoft Teams users download the theme’s icon, nametag overlay, or background from the User Details Editor and apply them as a Teams background; transparent backgrounds work as blurred backgrounds. Google Meet doesn’t support transparent overlays, so the nametag has to be baked into the background image before upload. Zoom integrates an Exclaimer Zoom App with the Zoom Desktop client; overlays show the participant’s display name, job title, optional brand icon, and a chosen picture background.
